How do I add a new camera to the platform?
Cameras → Add cameras → enter RTSP/ONVIF stream URL or auto-discover via Edge Box. Once paired, attach AI agents per zone.
Can I run IndoAI fully on-premise?
Yes. Enterprise deployments support fully air-gapped on-premise installation. All inference runs on Edge Boxes; the console can be self-hosted.
What is the difference between an AI agent and a custom model?
AI agents are pre-built, parameterized models from the Appization Marketplace. Custom models are trained for client-specific scenarios — Phase 2 in greenfield engagements like Knorr-Bremse.
How does IndoAI handle DPDPA / GDPR compliance for face recognition?
Face matching runs on Edge Box hardware. Embeddings (not images) are stored. Retention policies are configurable per zone. Audit logs are tamper-evident.
